Insert image based on feed parameter

Hello! I am looking to include the following feed on a Wordpress page of my site.
https://d31.demandforced3.com/rss/reviews.jsp?id=10178

There are two parameters that I would like to display images in place of.
<d3:rating>80</d3:rating> where the rating is replaced with a image (4 stars)
and <d3:certified>1</d3:certified> where the 1 is replaced with a static image (a certification logo)

Currently there are no images included in or referenced in the feed. I thought that your feed reader may be able to insert an image based on content parsed in the feed.

Hi.
I'm going to review this feed and i will test an integration of this class of parameters on plugin.
